My name is Mandy, I'm 21. I used to be extremely athletic and competitive until my family moved away from where I grew up.

I haven't had the motivation since back then to do anything about myself, and I've been trying harder to watch what I'm eating and do little things to help out.. but I need to try harder and start getting off of my ass, so that's why I'm here ; )
